The Facebook entry tells a story...
"This world makes me sad",
The number of "likes" it got
Shows the comment had some fans.
It came from a girl I once knew
She grew up in the youth group,
She never listened to a thing I said
Choosing not to stay in God's loop.
For if our focus is this earthly kingdom
Our focus is off The Lord,
We then focus on the good and bad
The flesh always keeps you bored.
So then you look for things external
To make you feel fulfilled,
They then trap you into itself
Then you end up being the fool.
But if we focus on the Kingdom of God
We've righteousness peace and joy,
We have a focus besides "the sad"
And a life we can enjoy.
Even though we live in "the sad"
"The sad" doesn't live in me,
Being spiritual takes me out of that
Cos it's the Kingdom of God that I see.
