have I sinned today

Did I go Astray

And "I'm Sorry" chimes
I strive to be perfect
To be like you

I'm saddened and blue
The harder I try
The more I fail
And into your crucifix
I drive a nail
What am I missing
What holds me back
From the faith and humility

To grow closer to you
On what should I focus

Guide me My Lord

Prod me and nudge me
To go the right way
