God is rich in mercy,
Because of His great love;
Having for you and me,
That flows down from above.
We were dead from the crime,
With all our failures;
And should be doing time,
Those with bad behaviors.
But God made us alive,
Now together with Christ;
So once again we thrive,
Since He was sacrificed.
It is the kindness of,
That each of us is saved;
Compassion of His love,
So we are not enslaved.
God brought us back to life,
To helps us to Heaven;
Assisting through the strife,
His charity given.
Such generosity,
God did through Jesus Christ;
And compassionately,
Of His Son sacrificed.
God made us what we are,
Being saved is His gift;
To get rid of each scar,
Comfort so not to drift.
