Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs - Isaiah 61:7
The time has come for the people of God to receive a double portion. I don't know what you are going through right now and what you have been through in the last nine months, from January till now but I know God has reserved the best for you. You have come to the season of the double portion. Covet your double portion in Jesus name.
In the book of 2 Kings Chapter 2 and verse 9, Elisha asked for a double portion of the anointing upon Elijah. It was a hard request but he got what he wanted because he never gave up. Are you asking for a seemingly hard request? I have got a word for you. Do not give up. Be consistent. Keep focusing on the demand. You will soon have it. That which you have been desiring would soon be in your hands. Remember, Winners don't quit and quitters don't win. The other sons of the prophet didn't follow Elijah like Elisha did. Elisha was different. Dare to be different. Joseph also had brothers but he was different and was highly favoured. Joshua 14:4 and Ezekiel 47:13 tells us that he obtain a double portion.
Beloved, Isaiah 61:7 makes it clear that the double portion is for you. It is for God's people. As you hold on the Lord, I see God giving you double. He would give you double for all the trouble you have been through. He will change your story and give you double glory. Instead of shame, you will have fame. Instead of stress, you will be blessed with the double. If you believe, receive it in Jesus name. Have I got a witness? If you believe, shout - Hallelujah! Give God praise. It is settled. You are winning in Jesus name.
Father GOD, give me a double portion of your power, glory, grace and blessing. I pray with thanksgiving in Jesus name.
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW
