True Faith
I met a woman
struggling along
But her faith in the Lord
Was very strong
She was the mother of four
and help was needed
but her prayers were selfless
It was for diapers she pleaded
Her bills were behind
With possible eviction
Yet when she spoke of the Lord
It was with true conviction
Her physical strength
was slowed by the cancer
Yet her mental aspect
made her look like a dancer
She's not alone
The Lord is near
And because of her Faith
She has no fear
Who have you met
that brightened your day
Like this special lady
That God sent my way
