I read you; you read me;
for a time we grasp one another;
we know each other a little better.
We may not learn each other's mind;
but we grasp each other's heart.
We may not agree with each other's view,
but we can appreciate one another's perspective.
Let us continue reading without prejudice;
then with our inner eye we may see;
with our hearts, we may know;
with our time, we may love.
