Here is a short praise song that I thought up this morning while contemplating a passage in John's gospel. It can be used for the morning worship or in a Bible study. I wished I had this in sheet music because I have this melody that goes with it but I am experimenting with different melodies until the most sacred fills my soul.
John 12:20-21 "And there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast: 21 The same came therefore to Philip, which was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and desired him, saying, Sir, we would see Jesus."
I would see Jesus
We would see Jesus too.
Pure and lovely, kind and true
He died for me and you.
Pure and Holy and Divine
bright Light as the sunshine.
Jesus my savior, Lord of creation
Come fill me with thy Holy Spirit
