We think the lad has eyes that are sad,
we say they are sky blue.
Not one to smile, nor stay a while,
here then, his friends are few!
The lad is aware God knows he cares,
God knows that we care too.
Some of us, shy, some of us cry,
some don't believe, some do.
The lad says his name, assures there's no pain,
if ever the twain should meet.
Gives his address, phone number? Yes,
of residents in his street.
There's no excuse for his exclusion,
he knows us all by name.
Not one to sleep, but tends to keep
the health of who once were lame.
He takes each soul, both young and old,
lovingly points the way.
Love reunites, both day and night
Angels have heard him pray;
There is Life After Death, my loved ones,
a doorway so many fear.
Some think it's bad, some think it's sad,
some feel the doorway's near.
There is Life After Death my darlings,
right now I'm in Heaven's hands.
Pure energy, love, don't you see?
At last,life to understand.
