No matter what is ahead,
I will not look behind,
the past I am leaving,
was not very kind.
All the mistakes made,
will hinder me not,
I will learn from them,
then they are forgot.
Only that which helps,
will I hold fast,
because I know each struggle,
will not last.
No matter what I face,
no matter how big the task,
if I need help,
I know I can ask.
For two are better than one,
and you are here with me,
together we can overcome,
working together is the key.
No matter what is ahead,
we will not look behind,
the past we are leaving,
