He was born blind and lived a helpless life, Jesus healed him miraculously and he could now see.
" Therefore they said to him, “How were your eyes opened?”
He answered and said, “A Man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes and said to me, ‘Go to the pool of Siloam and wash.’ So I went and washed, and I received sight.”
Then they said to him, “Where is He?”
He said, “I do not know.”"
John 9:10-12 (NKJV)
This is a perfect example of the miracles we often experience in our life.
After having been healed and delivered often we do not know where is the one Who healed us.
We forget Him Who brought us out of darkness and gave us light. God has expressed His part and demonstrated His love for us, however we forget to express our faithfulness towards God.
This man received sight and moved around explaining to the Jesus Christ hostile crowd & authorities what had happened to him and also designated Jesus as a prophet and miracle worker,
however the real change came when he met Jesus later.
" Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when He had found him, He said to him, “Do you believe in the Son of God?”
He answered and said, “Who is He, Lord, that I may believe in Him?”
And Jesus said to him, “You have both seen Him and it is He who is talking with you.”
Then he said, “Lord, I believe!” And he worshiped Him." John 9:35-38 (NKJV)
Our miracles are truly complete when we reach the state of worshiping the Lord, for any position in our life for the Lord other than LORD GOD is wrong & inappropriate.
Thus, let pray for the Lord's work to be complete in us, let us reach the blessed state of acknowledging Him as LORD GOD worthy of worship.
God Bless,
Abraham
