Christ has given us wonderful and blessed virtues and one of them is patience, waiting upon the Lord for the unfolding of His blessedness.
The Bible teaches us that patience makes us a complete person and without which our faith and trust in God is rather immature or incomplete.
"But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. "
James 1:4 (NKJV)
We will probably never know God unless we have tasted Him, through a particular circumstance and experienced His providence even in the midst of a famine or an impossible situation.
The blessed verse....
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
would never be true to us unless we would have truly experienced that God works everything for our good.
Almost everyone has troubles in his/her life, however the reaction towards such hard times is varied, where some break down and give up, there are some who know that God is there and He will surely work a way out and He has always done.
Thus I encourage you in the Lord always to have patience, for your trust in the Lord shall never be broken, for He never breaks His promises and He has promised to never leave us nor forsake us. (Genesis 28:15)
