You are the Way
When we are lost in direction
You light the candle on our behalf
When the thick fog obscures our path
You clear the mist in the air for us
You lead us to the doorstep of paradise
Truly, we walk by faith, not by sight.
You are the Truth
When we struggle to discern
Between words and actions
You point out that only in love
Can true genuineness be found
All else is fleeting and passing
Truly, we can find our identity only in your heart.
You are the Life
When we feel that life has nothing to offer
You step in and open our eyes to the beauty of living.
When we feel that we are unable to make it on our own
You send people in our lives as a stand-in for your presence
You re-fill every moment of sadness with umpteen minutes of joy
Truly, you are our life support system here on earth and for eternal ages.
