WALKING, TALKING WITH THE SAVIOR

Two disciples walked one day
On a long and weary way.
Their hearts were weary and sad,
Then the Son of God drew near
To dispel their doubt and fear
He made their heart so glad,
As the storm clouds filled the sky
And the waves were rolling high
Every heart was filled with dismay
Jesus whisper peace be still
Then the waves obeyed His will
On that storms road of life
Full of misery and strife
Jesus walks with us all the way
He will never leave our side
While we in His love abide
He will turn night to day.

Can you just imagine walking everywhere you go. Not only that, but walking through the sand wearing sandals.

One need only follow the paths of our Lord and His disciples, to get a taste of that kind of life. Especially, when our Lord left the gold streets of heaven,( 1 John 3:5- 6 ) to come and save us from our sins, on a cruel cross. Did He carry that cross in vain. ( 1 Peter 2:21 ) ( Philippians 2:8 ) ( 1 Cor 2:2 )
