Some glad day I'll leave this world of sin, Heading for heavens shore
Where I'll see my Savior face to face ,
To be free from every grief and pain, Where death will come no more
T' will be glory just to see His face
What a wondrous time we'll have above, When all the saints are there
By the Saviors mercy grace and love
We will live with him eternally in mansions bright and fair
T' will be glory just to see His face
Won't you come and go along with me and leave your life of sin
For Christ died to save you by His grace
He will take you home to live forever, If you are pure within
T' 'will be glory just to see His face
When I was a young lad, we use to play a game of imagining certain objects in the clouds. I always wanted to see Jesus, for I was always told He was "up there". I guess that's why, as a young lad I would always look up towards the heavens when I prayed.
Now that I am a "grown up" person, I know that my Heavenly Father reigns in my heart. ( Colossians 3:15 ) ( 1 Peter 3:14-16 ) ( Ephesians 3:17) Not by anything that I may have done but by His free grace by my faith. ( Ephesians 2:8-9 ) For you see, God's grace covers us all, if we will but believe that Christ died to cover all our sins, then by faith accept Christ Jesus as our eternal savior.
You need only pray a simple prayer, just asking Jesus to come into your heart and save you from your sins, ( Romans 10:9 ) Then, please start reading the Bible, ( Psalm 119:11 ) starting with the book of John and start attending a good Bible believing Church. ( Hebrews 10:25 ) You are now well on your way to spend eternity with God, "Just to see His face". ( Romans 6:23 ) ( Hebrews 9:27 )
