I am proud my conscience is clear,
Because of knowing God is near;
And nothing is able to harm,
With having the strength of His arm.
I am also proud of the way,
I live in this world and not stray;
Always remaining in His Word,
Abiding in all that I heard.
Holiness and sincerity,
Towards all of you especially;
How I live that God has given,
Blessings that flow down from Heaven.
It is not by human wisdom,
Rather kindness from His Kingdom;
That has been flowing from above,
With all of His goodness and love.
I am sure you already knew,
Everything that I construe;
Still it is great to just remind,
How the Lord is lovingly kind.
I hope that you will understand,
Everything He does demand;
For as much time as you shall live,
Not forgetting He will forgive.
Even though I am preaching loud,
I am your reason to be proud;
You will be proud too on that day,
When Lord Jesus returns this way.
