Learn this parable of the fig tree,
when she is tender in the hollow;
It bears fruit that all may see,
knowing the season that must follow.
No one knows the day or the hour,
the light of My return.
Search the books, the inquisitive scour,
the knowledge is hidden as you burn.
If I knew I would tell you,
so My Father hides from Me.
I can't lie as if I knew,
as if the lie could set you free.
Learn this parable of the fig tree,
when Israel is tender in sorrow;
It bears fruit that all may see,
the Day when I am hallowed.
Seek not the Day but the season
for you know what follows.
When the world is null and void of reason
look up to see what you hallow.
It is so near; close as your doors;
this generation lives to see it.
Righteousness comes in its full force;
the Consummation of the Spirit.
