We have not stopped praying,
Since the day that we heard;
That you were conveying,
The Scriptures in the Word.
We have asked God to fill,
With knowledge and wisdom;
If it is in His will,
Insight for His Kingdom.
Wisdom of any kind,
Through all kinds of insight,
That opens up the mind,
To the spiritual light.
We ask so you will live,
The lives that you belong;
To God who will forgive,
With a bond that is strong.
Then you will want to please,
Him in every way;
Following His decrees,
As you trust and obey.
We ask Him give you might,
With power to endure;
All that is in your sight,
Temptation that will lure.
You will thank the Father,
Who has made you to share;
The light through your Brother,
Everything in prayer.
