I guess I tasted most typical teenage experiences. I had best girlfriends, crushes on men teachers, experienced puppy love and wearing my steady boyfriend’s ring. I also tied up the telephone line for hours. Talking to my girlfriends and boyfriends was as natural as breathing. We simply had to talk to each other continually!
“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus (1 Thessalonians 5:16-17 NIV).” Prayer should be just as natural as carrying on conversations with best friends or sweethearts. Actually, God is a much better listener. He patiently waits for me to call out to him. His love continually astounds me!
