The Mentor’s Love
The love that mentored my youth,
Is akin to the Love which is the truth;
That’s why the evil one cannot destroy,
The bond of friendship destiny employs.
Casting the mind back to times past,
Good to appreciate great love that last'.
Though the enemy throws the spanner,
The wheel of progress sure is winner.
Thanking God ensures a blessed future;
And desire for a union free of puncture,
Sweet Jesus is the prince of our peace,
Assured all raging crisis will cease.
