We just saw a wonderful movie again, that happened
to come from a real life event, a few years ago.
It stared Nicolas Cage and Bridget Fonda as a
New York police officer and a waitress. They
shared a lottery ticket that happened to win. They
both had kind and generous hearts. And they each
had mates that were utterly self interested. The wife
of the officer won a court case, leaving him and the
waitress with nothing but their love for each other.
However when the city found out what happen,
an avalanche of mail came to their door. Money
was mailed from all over the city and beyond.
That is the real heart character of our country.
That is who we Really are. The enemy of our soul
has deceived us into believing we are something
much less. But now is the hour to blow away all
the dust and debris. And open our hearts to display
Who we really are, God loving, helping handed,
joyful and confident in the One who Loved us first,
Jesus Christ
