It doesn't matter who you are, where you are, what you've done, or experienced in life: God loves you and sent Jesus Christ to save your from sin's condemnation and receive eternal life in Heaven (John 3:16; Romans 5:9; 1 John 1:7-10; Psalm 103). This article uses the Bible to tell you how.
John Chapter 3 tells humans how they can be Saved from eternal condemnation and live forever in Paradise Heaven (John 3:16; Luke 23:43-46; Revelation 2:7). In John Chapter 3 Jesus helped Nicodemus understand the Spirit. God is a Spirit (John 4:24; John 3:1-8). Nicodemus was a very intelligent earthly teacher. Jesus helped Nicodemus realize that this teacher would have to humbly lower his experience and intellect and submit to God the Spirit (John 3:1-14; James 4:1-10).
The first thing we must realize is that we humans don't have the answers. We tend to push God out of our lives and decisions. Some of us allow Him in to suffice our self righteousness (Matthew 5:20; John 3:1-16; Matthew 6:25-34). This is why God allows "storms (floods)" of problems and dysfunctions into our lives. These "evils (undesirable events)" cause us to turn to God for answers (Matthew 14:22-33; Psalm 23:4). When we turn ourselves to God, seeking His Direction in our lives, He begins to Heal Us And Help Us (James 4:1-10; John 6:37, 44; John 5:40).
Possibly you don't know why humans are so dysfunctional. The Bible tells us that the first human couple (our parents) joined Satan the Devil and disobeyed God. Their names were Adam and Eve. Disobeying God is sin and Satan the Devil is the enemy of all Christians (Matthew 4:1-11; John 8:28-44).
Because of Adam and Eve's sins all humans now sin. We inherited sin from Adam and Eve. Because of Adam and Eve all humans would enter eternal condemnation at death (Romans 5:12; Genesis 3:1-16). God sent His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ to die on The Cross and remove all sins from humans. Jesus Christ paid the price for you and I. Humans who put Faith in God (Jesus) and obey Him will inherit eternal life in Heaven when they die. Jesus Christ could pay the price of sin for us because He is Perfect as His Father God is Perfect (John 3:16; 1 John 1:7-10; Matthew 17:20; Matthew 21:21; Matthew 11:22; Matthew 5:48; Hebrews 4:15).
So you now understand why sin and problems occur. You also now understand why you need Jesus Christ as your Personal Lord and Savior. We'll now show you the essentials you'll need to daily grow with God (Matthew 6:11; Mark 14:49; Luke 19:47) and what God has given you to successfully Overcome Satan (the Devil) and His Kingdom Of Darkness (Revelation 6:10; Colossians 1:13; Genesis 3:1-16; Matthew 4:1-11; Revelation 12:11).
How To Be Saved
God has given Divine (Spirit) and Supernatural wisdom in His Holy Bible (2 Peter 1:20-21; John 4:24). When Believing Humans speak God's Word in Faith they Overcome ALL of Satan's lying deceptions and test (Matthew 4:1-11; Revelation 12:11; Galatians 5:16; Ephesians 6:16).
So one of the First things you must accept in your relationship with God is that His Holy Bible (His Word) is Truth (Psalm 119:105; John 17:17) and Powerful (Hebrews 4:11-12; John 1:1). When you speak God's Word and Stand On It In Faith (not wavering) you will see God's Supernatural Blessings And Presence In Your Affairs. In Fact You Will Sense Angelic Assistance From Your Ministering Spirits (Psalm 104:1-5; Psalm 103:20; Ephesians 6:10-18; Revelation 12:11; Matthew 4:1-11; Hebrews 11:1-6; James 1:5-6; Hebrews 1:14).
It is essential that you use a Holy Bible that is a direct translation from the original texts (such as the King James 1611 AD version). Satan has provided other "translations" in direct disobedience to God's command not to alter His Holy Word in any way (Revelation 22:18-20; John 12:48; Deuteronomy 18:21-22). If you speak a Bible translation that is not Divinely Inspired (2 Peter 1:20-21) you will do much spiritual harm to yourself and your circumstances.
Satan misquoted God's Words And Intention and it led to both Adam And Eve being cursed and kicked out of Paradise (Genesis 3:1-16). Satan misquoted Psalm 91 in an attempt to get Jesus to committ suicided (Matthew 4:1-11). It is essential that you speak God's Actual Word over your life and circumstances if you are to benefit from the Help of the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:20-21; Isaiah 55:11; Psalm 103:20; Jeremiah 1:12; Ezekiel 12:25; Matthew 4:1-11; Philippians 1:6).
God's Word says that if you believe and confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died for all your sins on the Cross and Resurrected on the third day that you will be saved (Romans 10:9-13; John 3:16; 1 John 1:7-10).
Please say the Sinner's Prayer (Born Again Prayer John 3:1-8) with me: "Father God I believe that Jesus is your Son. I believe that Jesus died for all my sins on the cross. I believe that Jesus rose on the third day. Father God I repent of all my sins. Please forgive me of my sins and send your Holy Spirit to me (John 14:26; Acts Chapter 2; 1 John 1:7-10). I accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior".
If you said the Sinner's Prayer (Born Again Prayer) then you are Born Again (John 3:1-8). Some people feel the conviction of the Holy Spirit after saying the prayer while others do not feel anything. It doesn't matter what you feel as God Is Faithful And His Word Is True (John 17:17; 1 Corinthians 1:9). If you said the Sinner's Prayer you are Born Again. God is sending His Holy Spirit to you to help remove your fleshly ways and renew you into a new person in Jesus Christ which is Spirit (John 4:24; Ephesian 4:24; Colossians 3:10; John 14:26; Acts Chapter 2).
Now That You Are "Saved (Going To Heaven And Not Hell-Romans 10:9-13)" And "Born Again (Filled With The Holy Spirit Of God-John 3:1-8)" You Must Learn How To Walk In The Spirit And Not The Flesh. This Is How You Will Defeat Satan And His Dark Kingdom (Galatians Chapter 5). The Holy Spirit (Oil Of God) In And Through A Christian Is The Fruit Jesus Seeks When Allowing People Into Heaven (Matthew 7:13-29; Matthew 25:1-12).
How To Walk In The Holy Spirit Of God (Galatians 5:16):
1) Regularly Ask God For The Holy Spirit To Lead You, Remove Your Fleshly (Carnal) Ways, And Help You Be More Like Jesus (John 14:26). Some Of The Fleshly (Carnal) Ways You Will Need To Remove Can Be Found At (1 Corinthians 6:9-13; 1 John 2:15-17; Galatians Chapter 5). It's good to make a list of all fleshly (carnal) ways that you desire God's Help to overcome. Regularly pray for God's Help.
2) Cultivate The Fruit Of God's Spirit (Galatians 5:22-24)- Once again, make a list (of these "fruit") and continually pray over it (asking for God's Help). Your relationship with God will grow as you take all things to Him in prayer through Jesus Christ (John 15:16).
3) Cultivate The Armor Of God (Ephesians 6:10-18)- These verse inform you how "dark" and extensive Satan's Kingdom is. These verses also tell you how to repeatedly defeat Satan's efforts to overcome you (Revelation 12:11; Matthew 4:1-11; 2 Corinthians 2:14). It is always wise to make a list of each piece of the armor and pray over them to God for His Help.
4) Don't Worry. Give All Things And Concerns To God. Receive God's Peace (Philippians 4:6-8)-Walking In The Spirit Means Total Faith In God's Love For You (1 John 4:8) And His Ability To Do All Things (Philippians 4:13). Make It A Goal To Never Worry But To Take All Concerns To God (Psalm 55:22; Matthew 11:28-30; Matthew 14:22-33; Psalm 23:4).
5) Let The Holy Bible Be Your Daily Source For God's Voice And Minimize Any Other "Reports"-Satan is a master of lies, deceptions and undesirable news (Psalm 112:7; Matthew 4:1-11; John 8:28-34; Matthew 16:21-28). Use The Internet, Bible Bookstores, Experience Christians, Personal Study And Any Other Sources To Really Learn, Speak And Know God's Word (Psalm 119:105; John 17:17; Hebrews 4:11-12). Your Spiritual Growth With God Is Directly Dependent On Your Daily Growing In God's Word. Never Let Personal Experiences Or Victories Prevent You From Daily Growing In God's Holy Bible (Matthew 7:13-29; John 15:16; Matthew 6:11; John 6:35, 48; Hebrews 4:11-12; John 1:1; 2 Thessalonians 2:13; John 17:17).
It is strongly advised that you avoid just gaining Bible "Head Knowledge". This is what Nicodemus did and he knew nothing about the Holy Spirit of God. God is Spirit (John 3:1-16; John 4:24). It's essential that you study the four Gospels of Jesus Christ first and then study the New Testament. Once You Have Grown In The Spirit You Can Then Proceed To The Old Testament (John 6:63).
6) Cultivate The Mind Of Jesus Christ (Philippians 2:5-12; Romans 12:1-5)- Ask The Holy Spirit To Help You Cultivate The Mind And Ways Of Jesus Christ As You Read The Gospels Of Jesus Christ (John 14:4-7).
7) Cast Down All Strong Holds That Oppose God The Spirit (2 Corinthians 10:4-7; John 4:24)-Casting Down Your Pre Jesus Christ Ways Will Require Much Help From God's Holy Spirit. It Will Also Require You To Move Away From Pre-Jesus Things As You Are Now A New Person In Jesus (Ephesians 4:24). Your Old Ways Must Be Stripped Off With The Help Of The Holy Spirit. Some Persons Have Trouble Forgiving Others. This Is A Major Requirement To Enter Heaven (Matthew 6:9-15).
8) Think Only On These Things (Philippians 4:6-8)-Once Again Pray For The Holy Spirit's Help And Make A List On What God's Word Tells You To Think About. Continue To Pray Over This List As The Holy Spirit Helps You Become More Christ Like.
9) Cultivate The Gifts Of The Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:1-14)-God gives many Holy Spirit gifts to His children. Study this Bible Chapter and Pray over each gift. The Holy Spirt will reveal to you what your gifts are. Remember The More You Seek The Help Of The Holy Spirit The More Spiritually Mature You Will Become (John 14:26; Acts 2:1-24, 37-47).
10) Seek Out Other Christians Who Are Holy Spirit Filled And Bible Believing (Hebrews 10:24-25; John 17:17; 2 Thessalonians 2:13)-Remember That Jesus Christ said that most "christians" arenot going to Heaven (Matthew 7:13-29; Matthew 25:1-12). If a "christian(s)" isnot obeying God's Word you are commanded to "not receive" them. Otherwise their disobedient sin will cause you to also disobey (2 John 1:9-10).
Spirit Filled Christians Will Escape God's Coming Great Tribulation Upon The Earth
There are many benefits of serving the God of the Holy Bible. His servants daily experience supernatural Help, Wisdom, Provisions and Blessings (Matthew 6:25-34). God's obedient servants experience the Peace Of God which passes (excel) all earthly things (Philippians 4:6-8).
Holy Spirit Filled Christians Willnot Experience The Great Tribulation That God Is About To Unleash Upon Planet Earth. They Will Be Raptured Or Translated As Enoch Was Before Noah's Flood (Genesis 5:24; Jude 1:14, 15; Genesis 6:1-20; Revelation 2:22; Revelation 3:10).
