Jesus said, "Scripture cannot be broken." John 10:35
God gives scripture for His wise purposes. If man or Satan tries manipulating scripture to alter the meaning, the new meaning is wrong. God's original meaning is fixed and true. Right and flawless.
Here's the scripture I was thinking of. "Train yourself in godliness, for while physical training is of some value, godliness is valuable in every way, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come." 1Timothy 4:7
If you try turning the meanings around, it no longer rings true. Physical training is never as valuable as godly training. Satan and man can't manipulate scripture to be something it isn't. It is like trying to manipulate God and that can't be done.
Trying to tell God that wrong is right and that His precepts are wrong just won't do. God will simply crush the lie. It won't last and the godly will never believe it or live by it.
Though I've cited one scripture verse there are thousands of others which are fixed by God to help us stay true. To Him, ourselves and in relation to the world.

Really good article Michael! I am glad you highlighted the strength and power of the bible, and that scripture can never be broken or changed. This will encourage many. I also liked your article 'weigh actions carefully'.
