She turned on the t.v.
Hungry children were everywhere
Crying out in hunger
Mud caked in their hair
She reached to change the channel
When a voice to her did speak
If you've done it unto the least of these
You've done it unto me
Somewhere in a foreign land
There are people who do not know
The message of God's love for them
Will you be the one to go
And tell them of God's mercy
Will you hear him when he speaks
If you've done it unto the least of these
You've done it unto me
Right here in our nation
Many are living on the streets
Suffering through the winter's cold
And through the summer's heat
Did yo once try to help them
Or did you turn and flee
If you've done it unto the least of these
You've done it unto me
Jesus said to feed the hungry
The naked you must clothe
To the homeless you give shelter
And love to them you show
Visit the sick and in prison
Give thirsty ones a drink
For when you've done it unto the least of these
You've done it unto me
