Hebrews Part 11

2 of 2

We are continuing along here in the book of Hebrews written to those people of Israel scattered abroad. The word “Hebrews” meaning those that crossed over the Jordan River into Babylon. Remember now after Our Lord Jesus Christ overcame death or the devil as in Hebrews 2:14 this opportunity for salvation is open to anyone that loves The Word of God, Who is Our Lord, Jesus Christ:

Revelation 19:12 “His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself.”

Jesus is the Living Word for:

Hebrews 12:29 “For our God is a consuming fire.

The Lord Jesus the Holy Spirit within Him, the love, His love, that touches you when talking and praying to Him, and learning about Him in His Word of God. He is King of kings and Lord of lords. His righteous action, giving His life for anyone that believe on His Word, covering their sin with His worthy blood, making us whole when we repent. For His Name is the Word of God:

Revelation 19:13 “And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God.”

If you want to learn more about Him, open up His message and read about Him and what He needs you to know especially in this final generation of the fig tree. We are getting even closer people, watch as Jesus tells us in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21, the signs that His Word tells us to look for. He is wearing His garment clean and white, as in Revelation 19:8, the righteous acts that are righted by His blood for our sins are covered as here:

Revelation 19:14 “And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.”

What goes out of His mouth? Meaning what did He tell us beforehand? Why not be armed with this information ahead of time. Learn His Word, for when this entire world is in that state of apostasy, going against what they believe and worshipping Satan when he comes first as in II Thessalonians 2:3-4 when the devil sits in the throne of God at the temple of God in Jerusalem, the wrath of God would not touch you for you are standing up for His Word!

Revelation 19:15 “And out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.”

When the Lord comes as in Zechariah 14:4, His feet stand permanently on this earth at the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, total discipline will be taught. We will not need to be taught the Word of God, for the Lord, Himself, will be standing before us all as here:

Jeremiah 31:31 “Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:”
Jeremiah 31:32 “Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers I the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which My covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:”
Jeremiah 31:33 “But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put My law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be My People.”
Jeremiah 31:34 “And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD:’ for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

The subject here is the day of the Lord, or as in II Peter 3:8 one day is as one thousand with the Lord. That next age, which is spiritual, for the kingdom of God will be here on earth, and flesh and blood cannot inherit, meaning get into heaven, as in I Corinthians 15:50. The Word here saying total recall of His Word to all people. That way every person will have that Word in their mind, or in their hearts. We won’t have to ask our neighbor meaning someone not from the people of Israel, or our brother, a person of Israel, if they know the Bible or the Word of God. For remember when Jesus comes after II Thessalonians 2:3-4 happens, and the devil comes first and claims to be Jesus and looks just like Him as in Revelation 11:11, every knee will bow:

Isaiah 45:22 “Look unto Me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am GOD, and there is none else.”
Isaiah 45:23 “I have sworn by Myself, the word is gone out of My mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto Me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.”
Isaiah 45:24 “’Surely,’ shall one say, ‘in the LORD have I righteousness and strength:’ even to Him shall men come; and all that are incensed against Him shall be ashamed.”
Isaiah 45:25 “In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.’”

When we look at the Word of God, and to Him, we are saved. That is our only salvation, no other way out, like the people who wanted to build their own salvation at the tower of Babel. Flesh people cannot do this on their own through religion or church doctrines. The LORD God swearing by Himself, or on His Word, so no higher oath that HE can give us! Giving us the confidence and the faith that His truth is reality! Then, why we came here, every knee will bow on the day of the Lord when He is standing before us all for He will be right in front of us. The believers and non-believers, as He is real as His Word is real. This is quoted here:

Romans 14:10 “But why dost thou judge thy brother? Or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.”
Romans 14:11 “For it is written, “As I live, saith the LORD, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God.”
Romans 14:12 “So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.”
Romans 14:13 “Let us therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.”

Remember that He is Judge, His Word is what we are judged by. So know Him and know His Word so you can stand before the Lord Jesus when He comes after the devil sits in His seat in Jerusalem and claims to be God as in II Thessalonians 2:3-4, the son of perdition. His Word is what justifies us, or makes us right, when we ask that Heavenly Father cleanse our sins in the name of His Son Jesus and then have the opportunity for eternal life. The subject of Hebrews Chapter 11 is our faith. That is the evidence:

Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

The evidence or the proof that The Word of God, Jesus Christ, is real and truth. Let’s get back into this now. Remember we are using examples used in the Word of God as the ways to teach us in His Word what happened and how we learn for our admonition, or our warning about the end of this world, the age only when the Lord returns:

I Corinthians 10:11 “Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.”
I Corinthians 10:12 “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”
I Corinthians 10:13 “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, Who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”
I Corinthians 10:14 “Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.”

No person, no religion, no church can stand by what they think about God or about eternal life, but only by the Word of God, or we will fall. We will fail. There is no temptation, or nothing in this flesh life, that someone has not been through. God will always show you a way out. Most important, run from idolatry. Today church doctrines and religion which are founded on men’s traditions, not the Word of God. Remember the book of Hebrews written to those that were familiar with the Word of God, or the Hebrews, those people today scattered. Again, as in John 3:16 any person is eligible for salvation through the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, not only Israel but all nations and peoples. Moving into this here now:

Hebrews 11:20 “By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come.”

Isaac by his faith blessed both sons Jacob and Esau as here:

Genesis 25:21 “And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.”
Genesis 25:23 “And the LORD said unto her, “Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.”
Genesis 25:30 “And Esau said to Jacob, “Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint:” therefore was his name called Edom.”
Genesis 25:31 “And Jacob said, “Sell me this day thy birthright.”
Genesis 25:32 “And Esau said, “Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?”
Genesis 25:33 “And Jacob said, “Swear to me this day:” and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.”
Genesis 25:34 “Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.”

Isaac was faithful as his wife Rebekah could not have children. So what did he do? He went right to the LORD God! The Lord is always there and hears our prayers. He knows our entire life situations so go right to Him when you need help, He is there waiting for you, patiently, twenty-four hours a day seven days a week. Then the LORD answered his prayer by answering then Rebekah’s prayer, promises her that she would have two nations come from her children. The elder one serving the younger one. Then God’s will always come through as Esau decided to sell his birthright, which as the firstborn son he would have inherited a double blessing to Jacob for a bowl of food. He was more concerned about his flesh life than about the blessings of God, for it was not immediate, something that he could see right here in the flesh. Again, like we all struggle with, the blessings of God not only here in the flesh, HE will bless you when you serve Him, as well as in heaven eternally when we get back with Him. Moving along here:

Hebrews 11:21 “By faith Jacob, when he was a dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff.”

As here, Jacob, who God changed his named to Israel, had the faith that God’s promise would come true. That they would get to the promised land. Let’s go there:

Genesis 47:28 “And Jacob lived in the land of Egypt seventeen years: so the whole age of Jacob was an hundred forty and seven years.”
Genesis 47:29 “And the time drew nigh Israel must die: and he called his son Joseph, and said unto him, “If now I have found grace in thy sight, put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh, and deal kindly and truly with me; bury me not, I pray thee, in Egypt;”
Genesis 47:30 “But I will lie with my fathers, and thou shalt carry me out of Egypt, and bury me in their burying place.” And he said, “I will do as thou hast said.”
Genesis 47:31 “And he said, “Swear unto me.” And he sware unto him. And Israel bowed himself upon the bed’s head.”

Jacob had the faith, even knowing he was going to pass away that the LORD would get them in future generations and not to bury him in Egypt. That’s why he made his son Joseph to take his bones to bury him there in that promised land that God’s Word. That’s how much faith we have to have in this lifetime. Realizing that God is so real. We in this final generation, especially, we will be going through that wilderness, that Egypt, symbolically when Satan sits in God’s throne claiming to be God and the entire world is in a state of confusion worshipping him as in II Thessalonians 2:3-4. Moving along:

Hebrews 11:22 “By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones.”

Also Joseph his faith that his future generations would get to that promised land. As here:

Genesis 50:25 “And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, “God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.”
Genesis 50:26 “So Joseph died, being an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.”

Joseph had that much faith in the LORD knowing that His Word was real. That, he, just like his father, Jacob, had the faith knowing that God would deliver his future generations, and not to leave his body in Egypt but with them in that promised land. Moving along:

Hebrews 11:23 ‘By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king’s commandment.”

The king’s commandment was to kill all the Hebrew sons as God was blessing them:

Exodus 1:18 “And the king of Egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, “Why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive?”
Exodus 1:19 “And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, “Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them.”
Exodus 1:20 “Therefore God dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty.”
Exodus 1:21 “And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that He made them houses.”
Exodus 1:22 “And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying, “Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter ye shall save alive.”

Then going here by faith his mom had the faith to put in the river knowing God would provide and save him:

Exodus 2:1 “And there went a man of the house of Levi, and took to wife a daughter of Levi.”
Exodus 2:2 “And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months.”
Exodus 2:3 “And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river’s brink.”
Exodus 2:4 “And his sister stood afar off, to wit what would be done to him.”
Exodus 2:5 “And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river’s side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, by the river’s side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it.”
Exodus 2:6 “And when she had opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, “This is one of the Hebrew’s children.”
Exodus 2:10 “And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh’s daughter, and he became her son. And she called his name Moses: and she said, “Because I drew him out of the water.”

Moses’ mom, had the faith to put her son in the Nile River filled with crocodiles that the LORD would save Moses. Then by the hand of God, HE used Pharaoh’s daughter to raise Moses. That’s the daughter of the enemy, Pharaoh, as God will use whoever HE needs to get His plan done! Moses name means drawn out of the water. Moving along:

Hebrews 11:24 “By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter;”
Hebrews 11:25 “Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season;”
Hebrews 11:26 “Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompense of the reward.”
Hebrews 11:27 “By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing Him Who is invisible.”
Hebrews 11:28 “Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them.”

Moses then raised in the home of Pharaohs’ daughter, had the faith of the LORD God. Moses could have enjoyed the wealth of being the king’s son, but rather chose the LORD Who HE is invisible, we cannot see Him in the flesh as He is in another dimension, in the celestial, or spiritual Body as in I Corinthians I Corinthians 15:40-50. Through Moses faith in the LORD God that HE would provide for the people of Israel, he kept the passover as here:

Exodus 12:1 “And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
Exodus 12:2 “This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.”
Exodus 12:6 “And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.”
Exodus 12:7 “And they shall take of the blood, and strike it on the two side posts and the upper door post of the houses, wherein they shall eat it.”
Exodus 12:8 “And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.”
Exodus 12:9 “Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof.”
Exodus 12:10 “And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remained of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.”
Exodus 12:11 “And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the LORD’S passover.
Exodus 12:12 “For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD.”
Exodus 12:13 “And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.”
Exodus 12:27 “That ye shall say, ‘It is the sacrifice of the LORD’S passover, Who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when He smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses.’” And the People bowed the head and worshipped.”

Moses had the faith to know that the LORD would get them out of slavery in Egypt under Pharaoh and then to the promised land. The passover today we have is still remembered, as Jesus is our Passover Lamb, that Sacrifice for all sin Who did come as here:

I Corinthians 5:7 “Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:”
I Corinthians 5:8 “Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”
Christ (Strong’s 5547) anointed, i.e. the Messiah, an epithet of Jesus, Christ; (from Strong’s 5548) to smear or rub with oil, i.e. to consecrate to an office or religious service; anoint.
passover (Strong’s 3957) the Passover (the meal, the day, the festival or the special sacrifices connected with it); Easter, Passover; (compare Chaldee Strong’s 6453) a pretermission, i.e. exemption; used only technically of the Jewish Passover (the festival or the victim); Passover (offering); (from Strong’s 6452) to hope, i.e. skip over (or spare); by implication to hesitate; also to limp, to dance, leap, pass over.

That’s why we were to eat leaven bread, meaning no time for the bread to rise with yeast, and be ready to move as God would and did provide for them. The leaven represents sin in our lives today, allowing our lives to be free from this world but focused on the Lord Jesus and His Word. For He is that eternal Passover for all of us that believe upon Him. Moving on now:

Hebrews 11:29 “By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.”

As here God used Moses to lead the people across the Red Sea going over a natural body of water opened up by Him! Just think how awesome that is as here:

Exodus 14:21 “And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.”
Exodus 14:22 “And the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.”
Exodus 14:23 “And the Egyptians pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh’s horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.”
Exodus 14:24 “And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians.”
Exodus 14:25 “And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, “Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians.”
Exodus 14:26 “And the LORD said unto Moses, “Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.”
Exodus 14:27 “And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.”
Exodus 14:28 “And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.”
Exodus 14:29 “But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.”
Exodus 14:30 “Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.”
Exodus 14:31 “And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and His servant Moses.”

The LORD opened up the water, using nature, as God is always natural, supernatural, or more than natural. No tricks or deception, as Satan does and remember when he comes first as in II Thessalonians 2:3-4 will be able to do miracles, like bring lightning from heaven. God then opened up that sea, so just think the faith Moses not only for him to go across, but this nation of people of Israel whom God had trusted Moses to lead. Then the Angel of the Lord right there with Moses and the people, took away the enemy’s transportation, or the wheels of their chariots! Again showing that God will provide especially in the most challenging of times. Then the LORD using Moses again the staff to allow the waters to go back closed, then drowning the Egyptian army. All of them conquered, not by man, but by the LORD God! Especially again in our end times as we are in that final generation of the fig tree. When we will be going through some awesome times. We have to keep our faith though. Let’s take a short trip here to Mark 13, the subject is the return of Jesus and the end of this world, the age only. As in Zechariah 14:4 the Lord is returning here to this earth. It’s the age that ends, then the Lord’s kingdom on this earth, as remember again as in I Corinthians 15:50 flesh and blood cannot get into heaven. Going here now:

Mark 13:1 “And as He went out of the temple, one of His disciples saith unto Him, “Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here.”
Mark 13:2 “And Jesus answering said unto him, “Seest thou these great buildings? There shall not be one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.”
Mark 13:3 And as He sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked Him privately, and John and Andrew asked Him privately,”
Mark 13:4 “Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?”

Not one stone will be left at the temple in Jerusalem at the Mount of Olives for this is where Satan will set up his temple when he claims to be God or Jesus. The first warning Jesus gives is don’t let any person deceive you, meaning people coming in His name, or calling themselves as “Christians”. That is who Jesus is warning us about. Satan works best in churches and in religion. As in Moving along here in:

Mark 13:5 “And Jesus answering them began to say, “Take heed lest any man deceive you:”
Mark 13:6 “For many shall come in My name, saying, ‘I am Christ;’ and shall deceive many.”

II Corinthians 11:13 “For such are false prophets, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.”
II Corinthians 11:14 “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”
II Corinthians 11:15 “Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”
transformed (Strong’s 3345) to transfigure or disguise; figuratively to apply (by accommodation); (from Strong’s 3326) accompaniment, amid, proximity, and from (derivative of Strong’s 4976) a figure, condition, external condition.

Even back then at the time this was written, many were transformed, meaning to be disguised, as teachers of God’s Word. The reason we are then warned about this is that because Satan, himself, will change his external condition, or be disguised, as an angel of light. He will play Jesus or God, or whomever you believe in, as in Revelation 13:11 he will look exactly as the Lamb of God, or Jesus. But the lies and the deception that come out of his mouth when he blows smoke, not the consuming fire as in Hebrews 12:29 of God’s Word. As Satan is the dragon, just a role as in Revelation 12:9 and 20:2, the old serpent way back at the beginning of this world age that tried to destroy God’s plan. The Lord overcame death, and those of that believe in Him, that love Him, and hear His Word have a chance to be saved as here:

Hebrews 2:14 “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;”

Then why we came here in Mark 13 that we are living in that time when this final generation of the fig tree of Mark 13:28 which began May 1948 when Israel became a nation, with both the good figs, the people of Israel, as well as the bad figs, the synagogue of Satan, or the serpent’s seed of Genesis 3:15 returned to that place. That marked then this time, as in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 we are to look for the signs of the end to come when Satan comes first then Jesus as in II Thessalonians 2:3-4. Let’s go here:

Mark 13:19 “For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.”
Mark 13:20 “And except that the LORD had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom He hath chosen, He hath shortened the days.”
flight (Strong’s 5437) a fleeing, i.e. escape; (from Strong’s 5343) to run away; to shun, i.e. duck out; by analogy to vanish.
affliction (Strong’s 2347) pressure, anguish, burden, persecution, tribulation, trouble; (from Strong’s 2346) to crowd, afflict, narrow, throng, suffer, (akin to base of Strong’s 5147) a rut or worn track; (from base of Strong’s 5131 to rub) a he-goat (as a gnawer); (from Strong’s 5176) a craunching sound; to gnaw or chew; and (from base of Strong’s 5134) a wound.

There has been no other time in this world’s age at the beginning or the foundation of it was or will ever be! Just think we live in that time. Then because the LORD God loves His people, He tells us here that for the elect’s sake. Those of us, like you and I, that love the Lord and follow His Word, believing it, our total faith in Him, not in this flesh world. He has shortened the time. As in Daniel the time period was a seven year period in which Satan would come in the middle of that time, or at the three and half one year mark, but now is shortened. As we know here:

Revelation 9:4 “And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.”
Revelation 9:5 “And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.”

The subject here the fallen angel that comes with Satan as in Revelation 12:7-9:

Revelation 12:7 “And there was war in heaven:  Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,”
Revelation 12:8 “And prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven.”
Revelation 12:9 “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world, and his angels were cast out with him.”

They are in heaven right now locked in chains until God commands their release. Then we see here some of the devil’s titles and names, as the old serpent in Genesis and the dragon who will deceive this entire world age. Before the Lord returns to this earth. They can torment, this is spiritually, those people that are not God’s election. Meaning they did not stand with God and fight against Satan in the first earth age, not having the seal, meaning the truth of His Word. The period then is shortened to this five month period, in which we know in Revelation 8:1, Satan coming at the middle of that final hour of temptation when he tempts the world deceiving them saying he is as God and sits in God’s throne as in II Thessalonians 2:3-4. Satan then able to control the world government, controlling the financial system as in Revelation 13:15-17 offering you anything in the flesh, like paying your debts off, money, power, position, whatever you want. However, Satan cannot offer salvation, only the Lord Jesus Christ through His blood. That’s why we have to keep this seal of God, His Word, in our minds, for even the elect could be deceived. Satan is that good at deception, as in Ezekiel 28 he is made the full pattern, full of wisdom and watches as the serpent he is. Every action, what you say, so especially when it comes to God’s Word, pray in your mind, as only Heavenly Father can hear your prayers. Not Satan. Then Mark 13:19 is quoting from here:

Daniel 12:1”And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy People: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy People shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.”

The election those that are written in the book, meaning they did withstand Satan in the first earth age. Keep His Word and do the action, as in Revelation 10:9, we have to take that little book, the Word of God, and do our part. Making the effort to read His Word with understanding seeking out in His Word, not in men’s religion or church doctrines, but rather what He has foretold us. Moving along:

Hebrews 11:30 “By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days.”

By the faith of the people that the LORD used Joshua to lead, after Moses had passed on, went against this king of Jericho as here:

Joshua 6:2 “And the LORD said unto Joshua, “See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.”
Joshua 6:3 “And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days.”
Joshua 6:4 “And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams’ horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets.”
Joshua 6:5 “And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the People shall ascend up every man straight before him.”
Joshua 6:6 “And Joshua the son of Nun called the priests, and said unto them, “Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark of the LORD.”
Joshua 6:7 “And he said unto the People, “Pass on, and compass the city, and let him that is armed pass on before the ark of the LORD.”
Joshua 6:20 “So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the People heard the sound of the trumpet, and the People shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the People went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.”

They after seven days blew their trumpets, faithfully standing around the city for six days. Just six is Satan’s number as in Revelation 13:18, as he will appear before Jesus at the sixth trumpet, vial and seal of the book of Revelation. The people then to wait until the seventh day, as that is the Lord’s Day, as He will return after Satan has his short appearance on this earth for the at two and one half month period. Before that what they do is the are ready for the Lord, faithfully awaiting His return. Symbolically here as the election as in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 who God will use to speak through their flesh as in Revelation 12:16 to speak through them. As it will be the Lord speaking not the election. They had to have lots of faith to see this miracle of that sound of the Voice of the Lord knocking down that wall and conquering the enemy! We can relax and rest in the fact, the reality and the truth that His Word is real. As we read in Hebrews 2:14, Jesus overcame the devil, as in Luke 10:18-20 we have power as God’s election over Satan and all our enemies. The Lord loves us those that care about His Word and keep returning to Him, so stay in it, and learn from the past to realize how we can face what is to come. Moving along here:

Hebrews 11:31 “By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace.”

This woman Rahab, or Rachab in the Hebrew language, not a believer at the time accepted the people of Israel to hide them in her home. Take note this is where we need to beware of men, men’s traditions and doctrines. This same Rachab is here in the lineage of King David of Judah, or the lineage of Mary’s father of the tribe of Judah, or the king line:

Matthew 1:5 “And Salmon begat Booz of Rachab; and Booz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse;”
Matthew 1:6 “And Jesse begat David the king; and David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Urias;”

We have to use the wisdom of the Word of God, not men’s religion or church traditions as let’s go here and learn:

Joshua 2:1 “And Joshua the son of Nun sent out of Shittim two men to spy secretly, saying, “Go view the land, even Jericho.” And they went, and came into an harlot’s house, named Rahab, and lodged there.”
Joshua 2:2 “And it was told the king of Jericho, saying, “Behold, there came men in hither to night of the children of Israel to search out the country.”
Joshua 2:3 “And the king of Jericho sent unto Rahab, saying, “Bring forth the men that are come to thee, which are entered into thine house: for they be come to search out all the country.”
Joshua 2:4 “And the woman took the two men, and hid them, said thus, “There came men unto me, but I wist not whence they were:”
Joshua 2:5 “And it came to pass about the time of shutting of the gate, when it was dark, that the men went out: whither the men went I wot not: pursue after them quickly; for ye shall overtake them.”
Joshua 2:9 “And she said unto the men, “I know that the LORD hath given you the land, and that your terror is fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land faint because of you.”
Joshua 2:10 “For we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red sea, when ye came out of Egypt; and what ye did unto the two kings of the Amorites, that were on the other side Jordan, Sihon, and Og, whom ye utterly destroyed.”
Joshua 6:17 “And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to the LORD: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that are with here in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.”

Rahab then hid the men of Israel with the flax in her home, for this is how she made a living and the LORD accomplished His plan to be done like He always does. She had the faith by what happened with the people of Israel going through the Red Sea and in the two armies, at the Lord’s hand had conquered them. She, again, a non-believer at this time, the LORD then blessing her and her family, or her house, as of her faithful action. God sees what we do and protects us, loves us and reward us not only in heaven, but here on earth as well so keep your faith not in men’s traditions but in His Word. Moving along:

Hebrews 11:32 “And what shall I more say? for the time would fall me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:”
Hebrews 11:33 “Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions.”

The Word of God over and over we have the many examples as in I Corinthians 10:11 for our warning as we live in these end times. As with Daniel Chapter 6 the angel of the Lord stopping the lions from killing him as here:

Daniel 6:27 “He delivereth and rescueth, and He worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, Who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.”

Here then the king of Babylon, the one that put him in the den, became a believer of the LORD as He is real. And He did, HE is doing and He will provide! We have nothing to worry about as believers in the Word of God and loving the Lord truly relying on our faith in His Word. Just like as here the fallen angels that come with Satan described here as their hair, meaning soft like women, saying things like you don’t need to understand God’s Word” or “just believe”:

Revelation 9:8 “And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.”

Inside their teeth like lions, as they rip and tear at their victim, having no mercy on them. Moving along:

Hebrews 11:34 “Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were to fight the armies of the aliens.”

The three men of Israel of the house of Judah who refused to worship the king of Babylon and then were put into a fire, the king was so upset cranked the heat seven times hotter, the fire killing the army of his men putting them in there! They overcame as the Lord, the Son of God, right there with them, free:

Daniel 3:25 “He answered and said, “Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have not hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the son of God.”

The three men of Israel Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-nego, as the Son of God, Jesus, was right there in the fire remember seven times hotter, and He freed them! That is the incredible faith we must have in the flesh so God’s election as in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 will be delivered to those synagogues of Satan as in Revelation 2:9 and 3:9 standing up for His Word, trusting Him and what His Word has told us before. Moving along:

Hebrews 11:35 “Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:”

So many of the servants of the Lord tortured as remember when we are to follow Jesus don’t except your life as a piece of cake as here:

Matthew 10:38 “And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after Me, is not worthy of Me.”
Matthew 10:39 “He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for My sake shall find it.”

As God’s election putting His Word, our faith in His Word, not in this flesh world which will soon end. Remember though too we have in the name of Jesus over all enemies including the devil, and that The Lord removes those big boulders in our lives, leaving us the little pebbles. So we can handle this. When we put our faith in this world or on people, or men’s traditions, religion, or church doctrine, we are not on the solid ground of His Word. As this woman wanting the flesh life of her child saved, God using Elijah, His servant:

I Kings 17:22 “And the LORD heard the voice of Elijah; and the soul of the child came into him again, and he revived.”

The better resurrection is our eternal lives that we all look forward to. Then moving on:

Hebrews 11:36 “And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourging, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:”
Hebrews 11:37 “They were stoned, they were sawn asunder were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins, and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;”

Many of them going to prison, as we know Paul did over and over again. He was constantly tormented and scorned. John the Baptist in the desert not dressed up in their religious roles of religion, a real man and prophet of the Living God Jesus telling them the truth of His Word. Warning the people to repent as a better One, Jesus, Who would and did come one time for all of our sins, giving us the way. That better testament as here:

Luke 3:2 “Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.”
Luke 3:3 “And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins;”
Luke 3:4 “As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness, ‘Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make His paths straight.”

Just like God’s Word had told us beforehand. John the Baptist, the cousin of Jesus, was preparing the people, baptizing them with water and prophesying or teaching them to repent. As quoted from here:

Isaiah 40:3 “The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, “Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.”

That better than John the Baptist, Jesus Christ, did come and destroyed death, or the devil, as we read in Hebrews 2:14. We can rest in that today. His Holy Spirit of His Word the baptism of His Holy Spirit making us clean and new from this flesh world. The way we were before we knew His Word loving Him and choosing the fact that He is real. His Word is truth and will always happen as HE told us beforehand. Moving along:

Hebrews 11:38 “(Of whom the world was not worthy: ) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.”

As the nation of Israel for forty years, symbolic of probation, going through that desert before they got into the promised land. We have to keep that faith of our forefathers, our fellow believers in the Word holding our faith in His Word. Finishing up here:

Hebrews 11:39 “And these all having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise.”
Hebrews 11:40 “God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.”
Report (Strong’s 3140) to be a witness, i.e. testify, give evidence, bear record, good report, testimony or witness; (from Strong’s 3144) a witness; a martyr, record or witness.

Again we have to keep that faith putting that total trust and faith in His Word. Lots of things are happening especially to us today in that last generation of the fig tree. Keep focused on His Word. That is the rod, just like Moses had, to lead the people through the wilderness, over that sea, miraculously, and then to the promised land. We are getting closer to the end of this earth age and Satan will come first. Be armed with His Word and ready for God to use you. You never know where He will use you to encourage someone, or help someone out, or even smile, or using His Word encouraging someone that lost a loved one. Let’s go right here:

Ecclesiastes 12:7 “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God Who gave it.”

Once someone passes away their spirit goes right back to God Who created us all. The flesh goes back to the earth, but we go back to God, all of us both believers and non-believers, for only He is Judge! Let’s also go here:

Revelation 7:9 “After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;”

These people, as in Revelation 7:4-7-8 there is a symbolic number for each tribe of Israel, also, there were so many people you cannot count them. They are from every nation, every color, every language and they overcome as they are believers. So many will overcome in the flesh, you don‘t have to cram yourself in to the 144,000, as many mislead. Let’s go here now:

Revelation 6:9 “And when He had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:”
Revelation 6:10 “And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost Thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?”
Revelation 6:11 “And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.”

These people lived in the flesh, they were killed for teaching His Word and their faith in the Lord. The Lord then tells them be patient for this final generation, that’s us today, as they are being prepared as in Revelation 7 to allow the Holy Spirit of God to seal that Word of God in the foreheads, or the minds, of the people so that they are not deceived by Satan when he comes first. It’s all there. Search Him out in His Word! He is waiting for you! I love you and am proud of you for keeping in His Word, keeping your faith not in me, or any religion, or church, but in His truth, the Word of God! He loves you so much!
