Once again Christianity is under attack. This time it is the Christian owned and operated Chick Fil A. Groups of people have formed to try and stain the Christian principles that Chick Fil A was founded on. Today, you or your business can be tried in the media, the newspapers and television networks just for standing against the immorality that has infiltrated our society. A heroic company, Chick Fil A has chosen to make a moral stand and they Chick Fil A deserves the respect of every God fearing person in America.
They set an example of how a business can integrate biblical principles into their company and thrive even in a negative economy. They demonstrate in the age of large corporations, that companies can make a profit and have morals too.
While every person is entitled to their own views, why should Chick Fil A and itsí owners be targeted for trying to operate a family friendly Christian organization. As Christians we have seen this type of targeting before, and it is time that we bind together to assert our faith in God and in Christian owned companies.
If we do not make a stand with Chick Fil A, we will condone the treatment that this great company is enduring. Chick Fil A has chosen to operate on biblical principles and to close on Sundayís when their competition is open.
Comments made Dan T. Cathy (CEO Chick Fil A)againstď Gay MarriageĒ are at the forefront of this whole thing, and his company is under attack because of it. Certain groups and lobbies are trying to force fed the opinion that same sex marriage is ok. Well any Christian will give you a thousand reasons why it is not ok.
Our nationís leader has decided to endorse this issue, and that is his choice. As Americanís, we also have a choice. We have a choice to endorse candidates that support God and Godís law. We have a choice to show our support for a company that has made a stand on morality. We can choose to send a clear cut message to our leaders that we will not stand by and watch immorality corrupt our children and taint the teachings of Jesus Christ.
We have an opportunity to take back our country from politicians that enact laws that circumvent the laws and commandments of God. We can talk about Jesus and why he died for us. We can spread the word of God so we can take back the moral high ground, or we can choose to just stand by and watch our Countryís values and ethics go into the gutter.
As Christians we talk about these issues facing our great land both in our churches and homes. When oh when we will step out of the shadows and say enough is enough. We will no longer tolerate the death and resurrection of Jesus to be mocked by immorality.
The Mayor of Chicago has played his political card by boycotting Chick Fil A. Chick Fil A is under attack for following their beliefs and standing against Gay Marriage. As a result, they are being persecuted because of it.
Just as Mayor Emmanuel has the freedom to air his view on Gay Marriage, Chick Fil A has an equal right to stand on itsí beliefs.
Why should a company that follows biblical principles be boycotted? Iíll tell you why. It is because Mr. Cathy chose to stand on his beliefs and stood firm on his disapproval of Gay Marriage thatís why.
Are we going to rise up as Godís Armor Bearerís and announce to the world that yes we are Christians and we will not give ground to those trying to dishonor our God by corrupting our society through immoral acts and laws.
