Hebrews Part 7

2 of 2

God then gave them no inheritance as the LORD is their inheritance, and allowed them His blessings for their service. Giving them the tithes for the heave offering unto the LORD as in Numbers 18:24. Here at the Lord’s Day, as in Revelation 20 as well as here in Ezekiel Chapter 44, those that overcome and God will use as His election, the Zadok, meaning those that wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb, asking Heavenly Father forgiveness in Jesus’s name, and righting their actions, for the little we do in the flesh is like filthy rags, compared to the Lord’s righteousness as here:

Isaiah 64:6 “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.”

So then here the Zadok, meaning the justified actions as they will not worship in the flesh and have washed their actions in the blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, then the job of the election is to serve the Lord here in the Lord’s Day or thousand years:

Revelation 7:14 “And I said unto him, “Sir, thou knowest.” And he said to me, “These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”
Revelation 7:15 “Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His Temple: And He That sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.”

The first tribulation which we just read in II Thessalonians 2 when Satan sits in God’s throne and the world is in a state of apostacy, going against God and their religious belief, all worshipping Satan, the majority of the people, the number you cannot count as the sand of the sea as in Revelation 20:8. The Zadok, then will come and do the priest duties, serving the LORD God:

Ezekiel 44:15 “But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of My sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from Me, they shall come near to Me to minister unto Me, and they shall stand before Me to offer unto Me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord GOD:”
Ezekiel 44:16 “They shall enter into My sanctuary, and they shall come near to My table, to minister unto Me, and they shall keep My charge.”
Zadok (Strong’s 6659) just, Tsadok; (from Strong’s 6663) to be right (in a moral or forensic, legal sense), cleanse, clear self, do just or righteous.

Some more of their duties are here, and the God is their inheritance. So what does that mean? God owns everything, and that is how much HE loves them all for their actions, that HE wants to bless them, again with no land allotment, as in Ezekiel 48, each tribe of the house of Israel is represented having a specific allotment, showing us that all of the natural seed of Israel at the end of the Lord’s Day, or thousand years, will overcome by their actions. SO let’s go here:

Ezekiel 44:27 “And in the day that he goeth into the sanctuary, unto the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering, saith the Lord GOD.”
Ezekiel 44:28 “And it shall be unto them for an inheritance: I am their inheritance: and ye shall give them no possession in Israel: I am their possession.”
Ezekiel 44:29 “They shall eat the meat offering, and the sin offering, and the trespass offering; and every dedicated thing in Israel shall be their’s.”
Ezekiel 44:30 “And the first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every oblation of all, of every sort of your oblations, shall be the priest’s: ye shall also give unto the priest the first of your dough, that he may cause the blessing to rest in thine house.”

Just think then God then being the inheritance of the Zadok, or the election, as in Ezekiel 44:29 the meat offering, sin offering and trespass and every dedicated thing to God is theirs! Even moreso than as the Levitical priests we read, which then had the heave offering. The point is that not the goal to serve God is for the greedy gain, no! But rather, HE loves us that much that HE wants to bless His children, that stand up for His Word and then some, especially us in these end times that stand up for His Word and fight for Him, because we love Him so much! Continuing here in:

Hebrews 7:7 “And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.”
Hebrews 7:8 “And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.”

Then at the beginning as we read in Genesis, the Priest of the MOST HIGH GOD, Jesus, HE is the better One! He came first, and then the flesh men that served Him, giving us the example as here:

I Corinthians 10:11 “Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.”
I Corinthians 10:12 “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”
I Corinthians 10:13 “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, Who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”
I Corinthians 10:14 “Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.”

These examples happened in God’s Word, not to take up space, but as teaching tools, telling us how God’s plan of salvation was, is and will be. Then we in the ends of the world, meaning at the end of this world age, and Satan comes first, then Jesus Christ, ending this earth age. There is nothing that no flesh person has gone through that there is not an example of how to overcome it, in God’s Word. Not meaning we all go through the same thing, but rather there is always a way out. The most important point, as the Word of God is stressing here, is flee from idolatry! If I, or any other Bible teacher, or church, or church organization, church leader, religion, or religious leader, brings you His Word, and then does not document where they get the information where then you as a learner can check it out for yourself, then as His Word says here run from it! Moving along here:

Hebrews 7:9 “And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham.”
Hebrews 7:10 “For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.”

Levi, meaning the Levitical priesthood, they all flesh men, and they came from their ancestor Abraham, he, Abraham, paid willingly tithes to Melchisedec, again Our Lord Jesus Christ, right at the beginning of this world age as we read in Genesis 14. The point again is no priest, no flesh man, or woman, is good enough, or perfect enough as the Son of Man, Jesus Christ, the Priest of the MOST HIGH GOD to be tithed to, as they, priests also, had to tithe! Then moving along here:

Hebrews 7:11 “If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?”

Jesus then again, Melchisedec, The High Priest of the MOST HIGH God, King of Salem or Peace and King of Righteousness, The Lord HE came and is there right now and will always be first and forever! You know as here:

Revelation 1:8 “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending,” saith the LORD, “Which is, and Which was, and Which is to come, the Almighty.”

HE is forever! How awesome and wonderful Our LORD God is and His Son Jesus Christ! Yes! Then moving along:

Hebrews 7:12 “For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.”
Hebrews 7:13 “For He of Whom these things are spoken pertained to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.”
changed (Strong’s 3331) transposition, i.e. transferral (to heaven), disestablishment (of a law); removing, translation;(from Strong’s 3346) to transfer, i.e. trasnport, exchange change sides, or pervert, or turn; (from Strong’s 3326) , and (from Strong’s derivative of Strong’s 5087) to place; in a passive or horizontal posture, not as Strong’s 2476 which denotes an upright and active position; advise, appoint, bow, conceive, kneel down, settle, sink down.

The priesthood, not meaning that the Word of God, changed, but the word “changed” means a transposition, or a disestablishment of a law, and the base means to turn sides, and then even go down, or sink down, again as we were learning. As Satan even way back here in the Old Testament setting up his kingdom which will be temporarily here on earth, where we have gone so far away from God’s Word in our churches and religion, where people could not know if they were reading God’s Word or not as they either have not been taught with understanding and with discipline following subject and object, and going to the original languages, chapter by chapter and line by line. Rather they are taught one verse here and there, and then an hour some preacher teaches out of his or her own mind/. Then moving on:

Hebrews 7:14 “For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Judah; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.”
Hebrews 7:15 “And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another Priest,”
Hebrews 7:16 “Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.”
Hebrews 7:17 “For He testifieth, “Thou art a Priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.”

Jesus did spring out of the tribe of Judah, as He is the Son of David as here:

Revelation 5:5 “And one of the elders saith unto me, “Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.”

The root of David who is born from the family of the tribe of Judah, as in Luke Chapter 3 Mary’s mom’s family lineage and genealogy listed. And also here:

Matthew 9:27 “And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed Him, crying, and saying, “Thou Son of David, have mercy on us.”

These two men blind in the flesh, but knew by His Holy Spirit, the Lord Jesus Christ, His forefather David, as the Word had foretold Jesus would come as here:

Ruth 2:1 “And Naomi had a kinsman of her husband’s, a mighty man of wealth, of the family of Elimelech: and his name was Boaz.”
Ruth 4:13 “So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife: and when he went in unto her, the LORD gave her conception, and she bare a son.”
Ruth 4:17 “And the women her neighbours gave it a name, saying, “There is a son born to Naomi;” and they called his name Obed: he is the father of Jesse, the father of David.”
Ruth 4:18 “Now these are the generations of Pharez; Pharez begat Hezron,”
Ruth 4:19 “And Hezron begat Ram, and Ram begat Amminadab,”
Ruth 4:20 And Amminadab begat Nahshon, and Nahshon begat Salmon,”
Ruth 4:21 “And Salmon begat Boaz, and Boaz begat Obed,”
Ruth 4:22 “And Obed begat Jesse, and Jesse began David.”
Boaz (Strong’s 1162) Boaz, the ancestor of David; also the name of a pillar in front of the porch of Solomon’s temple; fleetness
Elimelech (Strong’s 458) God of the king; Elimelek;(from Strong’s 410) “El”, strength, mighty, esp. Almighty (but used also of any deity); God, (god), goodly, great, idol, mighty one, power, strong, and (from Strong’s 4428) a king; (from Strong’s 4427) to reign; to ascend the throne; to induct into royalty, to take counsel.

The book of Ruth giving us the history as well as the symbolism of Our Lord, as we as Ruth, the wife without a husband who has passed away, then our kinsman Redeemer, The Lord. Boaz, meaning fleetness, and also the name of the pillar in front of the Solomon’s temple’s porch, David’s ancestor. With both Ruth and Boaz, in the genealogy of Jesus Christ, as the Moabite women are not to enter into the congregation of Israel, but only the men for not helping the men of Israel as in Deuteronomy 23:3. Also, here we see David, the Lord’s, Son of Man, Jesus Christ, Who sits today on the right hand of God on God’s throne in this Song or Song to the LORD God Jehovah to my, meaning David‘s Lord, Jesus Christ:

Psalms 110:1 “(A Psalm of David.) The LORD said unto my Lord, “Sit Thou at My right hand, Until I make Thine enemies Thy footstool.”
Psalms 110:2 “The LORD shall send the rod of Thy strength out of Zion: Rule Thou in the midst of Thine enemies.”
Psalms 110:3 “Thy People shall be willing in the day of Thy power, In the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: Thou hast the dew of Thy youth.”
Psalms 110:4 “The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Mechizedek.”

The Lord is waiting for us that love Him and believe on His Word to prepare the people so they can stand up, as the last sentence of Revelation 6 asks the question, who will be able to stand up for the Word of God, and then the response in Chapter 7 of Revelation. Including the twelve tribes of Israel, with the tribes of Dan and Ephraim left out, and Levi and Joseph taking their places in Revelation 7:5-8, telling us many in the flesh even of Israel’s natural seed, or by birth, those people, will not overcome as in Ezekiel 48 when God’s Word will be taught by the Zadok, or those that justify their righteous actions, the wife, not bride, those election who are already judged and are married to the Lord, spiritually, as in Revelation 19:7-8, not the Bride, or those with free will. The Lord will not repent, or go back on His Word, and what HE has foretold us. God loving all His people as in II Peter 3:9-10 knowing that many will take then that thousand years to learn His Word where discipline in it will be taught, as we will all have total recall of it, as here:

Jeremiah 31:31 “Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:”
Jeremiah 31:32 “Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers I the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which My covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:”
Jeremiah 31:33 “But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put My law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be My People.”
Jeremiah 31:34 “And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD:’ for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

IN our inward parts, meaning our minds, or our spirits, which are the intellect of the soul. Then moving on here:

Hebrews 7:18 “For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.”
Hebrews 7:19 “For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.”
Hebrews 7:20 “And inasmuch as not without an oath He was made Priest:”
Hebrews 7:21 “(For those priests were made without an oath; but This with an oath by Him That said unto Him, “The LORD sware and will not repent, Thou art a Priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:”)”

The law then or the commandments of the LORD God were the predecessor of Jesus Christ Who is the Word of God, Who would come and did come, as Jesus then the Only One making it perfect in the flesh, as Son of Man. He is our better hope, that by asking Our Heavenly Father’s forgiveness in the name of Jesus, we then have the opportunity of eternal life. That is the better hope that by His pain and His blood, we have that option today that believe in Him and love His Word. The LORD God did not command in the Word of God before Jesus to make the Levitical priests swear on their own words or on their lives, but Jesus does this right now, today, for us all that believe and love Him! Jesus then is that Eternal High Priest, King of Righteousness, having no mother nor father, and never ending kingdom, forever and always, we can rely and count on. Why? Because:

Psalms 110:4 “The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Mechizedek.”

The Word of God we can only count on. Not religion, not men’s traditions or church doctrines, but His Word of God, His promise to us that love Him and then try to do His Word as best we can, always repenting in His Name, showing our faith and our credentials to Heavenly Father that we are believers of His Word. Then going on here:

Hebrews 7:22 “By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.”
Hebrews 7:23 “And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:”
Hebrews 7:24 “But this Man, because He continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.”
Hebrews 7:25 “Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever liveth to make intercession for them.”
Hebrews 7:26 “For such an High Priest became us, Who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;”

Many priests came and then they died, for flesh people will die at some point, beginning with Aaron, and then his sons, grandsons, and future generations. But Jesus, He is eternal, a never ending Priesthood, the King of Righteousness and King of Peace, we can count on always, and forever, Amen. Nothing changes with God’s Word. It’s exactly the same as it was in the beginning as in the end. So when some teacher tells you otherwise, that the Old Testament is done away with the New Testament, read what God’s Word tells you right here, He has an unchangeable priesthood. As here:

Matthew 5:18 “For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.”

Not even one jot nor tittle, or one sound of one letter of one of His Words, in the Word of God, will be changed as The Word is eternal as He is! For such an High Priest He is separate from sinners, never committing any sin in the flesh, thus, His Name, King of Righteousness, Melchisedec. Finishing up here now:

Hebrews 7:27 “Who needeth not daily as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for His own sins, and then for the people’s: for this He did once, when He offered up Himself.”
Those flesh men priests, the Levitical priesthood of Aaron and his future generations, had to continually repent by following God’s commandment of the sacrifices they did for their own sins. Jesus then perfect, without spot, nor blemish, never having to do this, as He offering Himself, up that one time for all of our sins as here:

I Corinthians 5:7 “Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:”
I Corinthians 5:8 “Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”
passover (Strong’s 3957) the Passover (the meal, the day, the festival or the special sacrifices connected with it); Easter, Passover; (compare Chaldee Strong’s 6453) a pretermission, i.e. exemption; used only technically of the Jewish Passover (the festival or the victim); Passover (offering); (from Strong’s 6452) to hope, i.e. skip over (or spare); by implication to hesitate; also to limp, to dance, leap, pass over.

The old leaven, meaning sin, take that out, even as Christ, meaning the Anointed One, Jesus Our Passover is sacrificed for us. Meaning those of us that believe in His Word and love Him. We don’t keep the Passover feast, as Jesus then fulfilling the law, not changing it, became the Passover Lamb, that one time Sacrifice to the LORD God for our sins, not His, as He is without sin. Then His blood just like over the door posts of the people of Israel, kept away the power of death, or Satan, out of their lives, as here:

Hebrews 2:14 “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;”
Hebrews 2:15 “And deliver them, who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
Hebrews 2:16 “For verily He took not on Him the nature of angels; but He took on Him the seed of Abraham.”
Hebrews 2:17 “Wherefore in all things it behoved Him to be made like unto His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.”
Hebrews 2:18 “For in that He Himself hath suffered being tempted, He is able to succour them that are tempted.”

Jesus showing us the way, took on the seed, meaning HE was in Abraham’s genealogy, as the Lord could have come as the Angel of the LORD God in a spiritual Body, but showing us that being Son of Man or in the flesh Body, was not too good for Him, humbling Himself, showing us the way to be better people. A wonderful and selfless Example the Lord Jesus is for us now and forever. He then reconciled, meaning made our sins righted, remember King of Righteousness, or Melchisedec, meaning this, as Melche, meaning King, and Zadok, meaning Just, as He is! He then also being tempted of Satan showing us here teaching us that Satan will use, did use and is using the Word of God to confuse and deceive us here:

Matthew 4:1 “Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.”
Matthew 4:2 “And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, He was afterward an hungred.”
Matthew 4:3 “And when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If Thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.”
Matthew 4:4 “But He answered and said, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeded out of the mouth of God.”

Jesus quoted from here:

Deuteronomy 8:2 “And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep His commandments, or no.”
Deuteronomy 8:3 “And He humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and feed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that He might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceeded out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.”

We cannot follow a church or a religion calling themselves Christians, if they do not teach the Word of God. As here Jesus is teaching us this as Satan’s weapon against us is the Word of God. The law, or the Word of God, made men as the Levitical priests and Aaron and his sons priests, but the Word of God, His promise to us that believe upon His Word is forever:

Hebrews 7:28 “For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, Who is consecrated for evermore.”

The LORD God has sworn, by His Word, Which His Name is again:

Revelation 19:13 “And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God.”

The LORD God Jehovah swearing upon His very name, Jesus, Who is the Word of God, no higher promise can HE give us! And again here:

Psalms 110:4 “The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever After the order of Mechizedek.”

The LORD will never leave us in the dark, only Satan will. His WORD filled with the only light the only truth we need to get to the end of this flesh age awaiting Jesus and not bowing a knee to Satan, his enemy, who stole the Lord’s rightful seat, His throne, and took one third of our brothers and sisters from the LORD God as they were deceived and listened to Satan. Please check me out, or anyone bringing you the Word of God, for His Word is truth and there is no other but the Word of God, Jesus Christ, Melchisedec, King of Righteousness, King of Peace, the High Priest of God, Who is forever! I love you and He loves you! Talk to Him, Heavenly Father in the Name of His Son Jesus and ask for help in understanding His Word. He is right there! You can do it!
