Let the Lord surround me,
like the air He made.
In this worship one is free,
practicing that he's saved.
On the Stone I choose to fall
rather than under to be crushed.
To the Word heed the call;
the Spirit's wind has rushed.
Frame me, Lord, with Your truth;
corner me in Your Word.
Let fruit from You be the proof,
just as I have heard.
I won't move until I am moved;
I await to hear Your voice.
In this plea be so proved;
I have made this choice.
“Come, My child, surround Me;
in your flesh I have made.
Worship Me, and be free;
I love the truth: you're saved.
I'm the Stone where you fell,
now humbled and now broken.
No longer destined, but free from hell;
My Gospel has thus spoken.
“Now I frame you in My truth;
free you with My word.
Fruit of repentance is the proof,
just as you have heard.
So now move, I have moved;
I have heard your voice.
Follow Me, and be proved,
justified in your choice.”
”The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” ~ John 3:8
“And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.” ~ Matthew 21:44
