Each day I long for your return
The day is long, I wait alone
Your blue eyes I do yearn
Struggle I sense from your moan.
Happy it’s me you come home to
I enjoy it when we go to play
All I ever want is to be with you
I’m hoping you never send me way.
I get so excited when you touch me
I love to listen when you talk
My pounding heart belongs solely to you
We have great times when we walk.
Life is great, you love me so
With you I’m all I can be
As your dog I love you, you know
I’m proud it’s my man and me.
