Healthy living is nothing but taking care of our self.This articles is for my teenage friends.Most of our friends are influenced by the Sex.I have seen my own friends getting influenced by the sex.That's why we have the problem called TEEN SEX.IT is not good to have sex with a person with whom you are not married.And ST.Paul had written saying"Don't you know that your body is the temple of the holy sprite?"If we will have sex with other person,we are making our temple very dirty,nasty and unholy.The best way to make our temple clean and shine is to prevent the above activities and ask pardon to god for every sin we have done.This will make our live healthy and worth living.This is what the healthy living called,but don't forget to take care of your body.With this way you will be the shining temple of the Holy sprite.
