One day I was talking with a teenager, and she asked a question. When dealing with children you have to be as honest as you possibly can when they ask questions otherwise they will find out the wrong information from friends, or on the streets.
Her question was: Why donít you have tattoos like everybody else?
My response: First of all, it says in Leviticus 19:28 - Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD. And second, it says in Romans 12:2 Ė And do not be conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (And what that means is, just because you see everybody else doing certain things you do not follow their path. Just because they are doing whatever does not make it right in Godís eyes.
