Most of us live our lives within
a bubble. Inside the bubble are
the people and things that we
care about, that we know, that
we love. We will defend, keep,
honor, and protect what is within
our bubble.
The orphans, the prisoners, the
strangers, the widows are not inside
the bubble. They are not of our
body, not our fold, not our own.
SO... many of us think that they
are not our burden, not our concern,
not our problem.
BUT REMEMBER THIS;
The least of these--
Whose cries are heard?
The least of these--
Whose hearts are known?
The least of these--
Whose cause will be remembered
Before the Cross and before the Throne!!
What will it take to burst our
bubble; to make us reach out to
give, to help, to share with someone
the goodness and hope and mercy
and truth of GOD our Savior??
