Father I come to You today
To thank You for each child
And their unique way.
I thank You for their caring Heart
So carefully set apart
They are Yours
But You have graciously put them in our care
So each day I’ll come to You in prayer
May Your grace and love be bestowed each day
And protect them in a special way
Thank you Lord for Your care.
Yes, I’ll come to You each day in prayer.
Thank you for hearing me
As I bow on bended knee
Praying over each little bed
As they rest their tired heads.
