The clouds parted with brilliant light
The heavens opened wide
My spirit soared up to the sky
The day I reached the other side
If you could know what I know
And see what I now see
You'd understand why I had to go
And why I'm where I need to be
Don't cry for me
Don't shed a tear
I feel no sorrow
Or sadness here
Don't occupy your thoughts on me
There is much for you to do
Be well, be strong, be happy
Till your work on earth is through
Don't cry for me, but celebrate
The precious times we had
Cherish all the memories
And soon you won't be sad
