The Vine
We are the branch on the vine.
God is the gardener who pulls the weeds out.
The weeds are evil (our sins)
God pulls our sins out of us one by one.
Which is when we truly start to bear fruit (Prosper) in all things.
Which is what God wants.
When we don't cling to the vine (Jesus) our branch dries up and falls away.
Jesus is our fertilizer,.
He is the one who makes us grow in the things of God and bear fruit.
Jesus is our friend.
When we first come to Him we are His servant to learn who He is.
When we get to know Him and we still accept Him.
He calls us friend.
Jesus is a friend who loves us and accepts us for who we are.
Not for the things we do or say.
He's a friend who has died for us.
He gave up His life so that we may live.
Like a true friend would do when it's needed.
He is a fiend who is always there when we need something.
All we have to do is ask in His name.
He will do whatever we ask of Him gladly.
All that Jesus wants from us is the same kind of love.
To always be there for each other.
To help each other when one is in need.
Just like He does for us always and forever.
He is committed to us.
We should be the same to Him and others.
To help Him so none should perish.
