2Timothy 1:9-11. Paraphrased.
For God saved us and called us to live a holy, healthy, wealthy life. He did this, not because we deserved it, but because that was his plan from before the beginning of timeóto show us his grace through Christ Jesus. And now he has made all of this plain to us by the appearing of Christ Jesus, our Savior. He broke the power of death/sin, sickness/disease, and bankruptcy/poverty, and showed us the way to life and immortality through the Good News. And God chose me to be a preacher, an apostle, and a teacher of this Good News. See also 2Corinthians 5:21; 1Peter 2:24; 2Corinthians 8:9.

Dear friend,
From the very moment that God in His infinite, unconditional love gives us a scripture based vision, dream or purpose, to encourage, assure, strengthen, guide and enlighten our unique path of destiny, the Devil wastes no time, but swings into action immediately and regularly to prove to us that God is lying to us! This insidious being and enemy of every good thing, brings across our paths make-believe circumstances, subtle but highly deceptive, compelling thoughts, impressions and horrible imaginations. The crafty Devil also brings good, honourable and even highly trusted and respected people around us with probably no obvious, predetermined ulterior motives to dissuade, discourage, distract or confuse us on God's more sure Word of prophecy for our peculiar destiny. Satan is very perverse. He uses any means and does anything, childish, insane, stupid or otherwise, to accomplish his ultimate nefarious goal to steal, kill, destroy, deceive, pervert and whatever!

If we fail to realize and fully understand the havoc that sentiments, demonic deceptions, the traditions of men, ignorance of God's Word/will, fear of criticism or fear of rejection cause in nullifying God's Word and promise for us, then we're robbed or seduced and tricked away just like Satan did to Adam and Eve and scores and scores of battered, shattered and altered destinies through the generations.

Colossians 2:8-10.
Donít let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ. For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body. So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.

It was God's plan and perfect will for Adam and Eve to live eternally in that glorious Garden of Eden, but the seductive deception of Satan had the upper hand, so they ignored the tree of life and instead ate the forbidden (test) fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Genesis 2:15-17; Genesis 3; 22-24. The LORD promised Moses that he would lead the people of Israel out of Egypt into the Promised Land, but once again, only Joshua and Caleb and those born in the wilderness made it, everyone else died and was buried in the wilderness. Exodus 3:4-10; Deuteronomy 1:29.

Faithfulness is God's very character - He fulfills His promises to the letter. The first Adam failed, but God raised a second Adam, Jesus Christ, to accomplish His purpose and promise of giving humanity life eternal as sons/daughters and heirs. Moses and all the Jews who came out of Egypt failed, but God who can never fail raised Joshua to lead the new generation into God's Promised Land. These examples should show us the incredible faithfulness of God in spite of man's unfaithfulness.

Isaiah 45:19.Paraphrased.
ďI am the Lord,Ē he says, ďand there is no other. I publicly proclaim bold promises. I do not whisper obscurities in some dark corner so no one can understand what I mean. And I would not have told YOU to ask me for something I did not plan to give. I, the Lord, speak only what is true and declare only what is right."

"I don't deceive anyone, I don't make mistakes, and I cannot fail," says the LORD! - TRUST GOD ABSOLUTELY, He answers promptly! God is eager to help us if we seek, trust and obey Him wholeheartedly and absolutely, Hallelujah!

Philippians 2:13-15.
For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him. Do everything without complaining and arguing, so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a world full of crooked and perverse people. Hold firmly to the word of life;

There's a battle raging spiritually, don't stand aloof or sit on the fence, that's the surest way to catch a bullet! You're hell's number one enemy and target since the very day God delivered you from that dark kingdom into the glorious Kingdom of our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ. Colossians 1:13, 14. Thatís why we're far more than conquerors as we respond to the call to establish God's Kingdom on earth and in people's lives. our weapons are not tangible or physical, but extremely powerful and lethal - the sword of the spirit, which is God's Word, the name of Jesus Christ, the blood of Jesus Christ and much more as we search the scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal more to us. See also Ephesians 6:10-18.

Your purpose in life is often a reflection of your godly dream, vision or gifts, being the major pointer to your unique destiny and greatest eternal reward, when fulfilled. Everything else is secondary and relatively inconsequential until we fulfill our purpose. Thatís why it's definitely certain that with patience, perseverance and obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit, we can't miss or fail, just like the Holy Spirit, Hallelujah!

Hebrews 6:15.
Then Abraham waited patiently, and he received what God had promised.

If Abraham can make it, so can you and I. Whoever deals with God without patience, persistence and absolute obedience will think God is lying to him or her. Never ever give up! By perseverance the snail got to the ark! Luke 11:5-13; Luke 18:1-8.

Enjoy a marvelous day in God's awesome presence.
