Holy Spirit, my teacher and friend.
Holy Spirit, the one on whom I can depend.
Honesty counts, forgiveness is necessary and love heals all.
Through your wisdom I gain the understanding to answer God’s call.
The lessons you teach are sometimes hard to obey.
Often times I can be stubborn and like to have my own way.
But time and again your patience is proved true.
With kindness you lead and guide me so I know precisely what to do.
Our lives can be lead with no doubt as to God’s will.
His gift of the Spirit, lets us know exactly how he feels.
Holy Spirit, sent from above.
Holy Spirit, gift of love.
