One of the most effective and accurate ways to pray or intercede in line with God's current will, Word or agenda, is to pray in other tongues - praying by the help of the Holy Spirit, even though it's God's will that we also pray or sing in our understanding.
And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we donít know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words. And the Father who knows all hearts knows what the Spirit is saying, for the Spirit pleads for us believers in harmony with Godís own will. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
Very often, our struggles as honest, dedicated Christians is what and how to formulate our petitions/requests intelligently and accurately enough to receive God's approval and prompt answers. Now, praying in other tongues becomes a major challenge to our understanding since we do not understand what we're saying, to help our minds figure out what God wants to do and how he will do it for us! That's why this mode of prayer is one of the highest forms of faith motivated and saturated intercessions that please God greatly. It is also the best way God identifies with our hearts' yearnings by helping us understand and possess all we're entitled to as His heirs, through Christ Jesus.
This is also because, praying in the Holy Spirit bypasses our frail, fickle minds and the unstable, unreliable disposition of the opinions of men, to uncover and help us understand the deep mysteries of God. Moreover, we are also delivered from the mediocrity and manipulations of demons, who constantly have us under close surveillance, but now to their detriment, of course!
This powerful prayer mechanism strengthens us to break away from the oppressive, limiting power and control of the law and the law of prosperity, graciously enabling us to receive our great wealth inheritance and every great gift we're entitled to as heirs of God, called not to labour, till and toil, but to simply Believe, Obey and Enjoy! According to Galatians 5:18, the only way to be delivered from the power, control and oppression of the law (of prosperity) is to obey the leading and prompting of the Holy Spirit promptly and absolutely.
Finally, praying by the help of the Holy Spirit is an exceptional, strategic, spiritual faith maneuver, that excites, incites and inspires God, our Father, to turn every minus to a plus, and every subtraction to a multiplication in our lives, by making all things and circumstances work together for our good, Hallelujah! It's not by our power, but by our faith in God who does even the impossible.
One of the most effective and powerful ways to enjoy the benefits of praying in other tongues, by the help of the Holy Spirit, is to start with your understanding by taking one or more relevant scriptures or your prayer request written down, use them to speak life into your life and circumstance sufficiently, then hand it over to the Holy Spirit by praying in other tongues for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or even an hour. Repeat the process on your second prayer point. A written prayer list of names of people with needs, is most necessary.
If you desire to be blessed with this gift, then see your pastor or any minister of the gospel who believes in this teaching. Please read these scriptures. Romans 8:26-30; 1Corinthians 14:2; Proverbs 3; 5, 6; Zechariah 4:6, 7.
Enjoy a marvelous day in God's awesome presence.

Counseling or answering certain questions in our capacity as ministers becomes very hard especially when most people think we're (or should be) flawless, perfect and omniscient, in such cases, I can't help but send a quick wholehearted prayer to God for an accurate answer. God has always been very helpful, always!
Someone just asked me, online, about my current prayer life. I thought about it for a while and all I could come up with without sounding cocky was this answer. "Asking me about my prayer life is like asking a fish about it's swimming skills by the the grace of God. Prayer is my life, so my prayer life is according to Isaiah 62:6,7".
