Awake in me o' gentle Saviour
For Thou dost not sleep
Arise from Thy dwelling
Bless this child in Your keep

I feel You walk through
In that innermost place in me
My heart knows Thy step
I need, I need all of Thee

I welcome Thy presence
And sing Thy Holy Name
That takes wing in praise
I am so humbled You came

Lion of Judah, my King
Without You I perish
I feast upon Your Nectar
With all my love, I cherish !
