Well...what can I say? It seems like all the older churches that have been around for a while are getting the shaft. The head leaders are sending these younger people to pastor and they don't preach anymore, they entertain. My Lord, where did they get their training at?
I saw another good spirit filled church get one of these new young whipper snappers and he took the spirit out and put his dancers and players on stage instead. Where is the spirit of God at in that stuff? There is none. I saw this church on YouTube. That is pathetic and they call it "church". No sir, its not church or anything like church. If Jesus was here on earth today, he would tell you so and preach the truth to you. This is pitiful to see.
Are you older ones going to continue to sit back and watch this show? That's all it is. I can't see how it could help anyone or teach anyone anything. It's just like going to the theater and watching a show put on or going to see a movie. Hey, a movie would be better than that! At least you know what's going on. This so called stuff in church now days is a mystery to me. I don't know what it is or what it's about. Do you?
Pastor, when do you open your Bible and preach the word to the people? That is what everyone needs to hear, the young and old alike. It's the only thing in this world that will help the church through the hard times we all face. The word will give us the answers. Dancing and prancing around won't do anyone any good. So hey young pastor, get back to the word and leave the theater to the world! We need more of Jesus and less of the world or we are headed for a big fall, just like humpty dumpty. Remember, they couldn't put him back together again. The church is headed that way if they don't turn around.
