Come Out of the Closet!

There is a war raging
But where is the church?
Asleep in the pew
Just waiting for after service dessert
The devil came out of the closet
So where is the church?
How long will you sleep?
When the world has gone berserk?
Are there any warriors?
That will stand and fight?
That will pay the cost
No matter the plight?
The anointing must prevail
We must hear from the Lord and do
We must turn the tide of this world
The enemy we must pursue
Shake off your slumber
Stand up and fight
Have we sold out to the devil?
And all the creatures of the night?
Don’t you know that you have authority?
Given to you by the Spirit of God
That will crush all of the enemy’s plans
And bring his works to naught?
Does it matter what the will of God is?
Or is the temporal tickling more important to you?
Be careful or you might hear these words from God
That “You” I never knew
If you listen to anything other than God’s Spirit
It is rebellion in God’s eyes
So if you are trusting in man or flesh
You have bought in to satan’s lies
Come out of the closet
And stand up and fight
Good must conquer the evil
God’s truth must prevail over the devil’s lies.
If you died today, are you absolutely certain that you would go to heaven? You can be! TRUST JESUS NOW

I had the same idea for a writing as you Rich. It seems that everyone else is coming out of the closet and the Christians have headed into the closet. Great article and so right on.
