The weather is dark
The evening is plain
But lately and often
I see past the rain
And through the night
I am sure of tomorrow
A spark of faith
Tells me joy will follow
In Him I love
In Him I trust
Through Him I move
Through Him I must
And I know this also
Christ is my gain
And so I respect
And learn to accept
The rain.
