Walking through death's vale

If God is not ending trials, it must be His purpose to endure them. Sometimes God does not speak in a yes or no, but through circumstances. Though it seems I have exercised every discipline of faith I know, I am not free of trials. There is one conclusion to draw. God wants me to walk through the vale with him.

Paul experienced many sharp trials. Short, sharp shock treatment to blast out godlessness in him replacing it with Godly character. God had a high place intended for Paul in heaven. He was given it by going through many trials, and a close walk with God.

If you are in a vale and it seems long and weary, don't worry God is able to see your destination and will bring you there safely.

Through thousands of small spiritual deaths we go through life. God gives thousands of small graces to get through them. If Satan had his way with me, and God withdrew I would be crushed into nothingness. It is a sign that God is with me, if I have not been killed. When Paul asked God to remove his thorn, God said, "My grace is sufficient for you for my power is made perfect in weakness." 2 Corinthians 12.9
