Nature may drift to sleep,
Night and day may fail to leap,
While nations engages in warfare,
Who takes care of our welfare?
And knows his children by name?
Even when our fore fathers refused his call,
Who received us after we fall?
What a ‘Solid Rock’ we have,
Never too busy to be reserve,
No matter what it take,
Our needs won’t be at stake.
I loved your poem but would like to ask why it was listed under teens I’m long past my teens and found it very inspirational. I’d like to read more of your work.
