Oh! how pretty says the spider to the fly
Go buy it and you will be beautiful.
Oh! it costs to much. No! you need it to look like you again. Oh I do, yes you do.
God loves you just the way you are.
Young again, young again, the spider whispers
Even to you old age and grey hairs,a small voice says.
Young again, young again, beautiful!!
The fly bought the beauty, it cost all she had.
Then the spider consumed the fly.
I can't get out, I can't get out, said the fly.
Never, never, you will never get out, I have you know, said the spider.
The fly felt so foolish, she had sold her soul she thought. Everything he told her was upside-down. She prayed and prayed, she felt so used by life. After years of use and abuse by the spider God in His mercy set her free.
Now the Word is her light and her grey hair her glory. God is taking care of the fly. She is becoming beautiful again, to God's glory, the spider is held at bay and God is in control, the fly chooses it.
The fly is beautiful again and her world is right-side up. Beautiful again, only God can do that.
