Blaring at full blast is the sound of the "boom box"
what a racket! Can someone actually call this music?
It hurts, yes it actually HURTS the ears! at least, my ears
But the 'giver' of the MUSIC is oblivious to all, especially me!

Just when I thought I was going to flip and blast my horn on end
Giving a rejoinder to his impiety, and disregard to the feelings of others
The traffic lights go slowly to amber and finally change to green
I screeched off from the spot like my wheels were on fire
I gave one last nasty look sideways the culprit actually turns and SMILES AT ME!!!!
Oh ...the nerve and cheek of it all! How dare this environmental polluter
This distributor of noise and all that it entails...wish I could be rude in return but no guts....not nasty enough!
Oh, well.. (Sigh!), he seemed young and carefree. Not-a-care-for-tomorrow attitude
Did we actually behave that way as well? I guess not so reckless and outright rude
My mind begins to wander and memories sway in my sight, Of days gone by
Flooding my mind's eye are visions of days lived and enjoyed next to Nature
Days of Nature in its raw vast, untouched, captivating beauty per excellence
Bees buzzing, crickets chirping, crows caw and blackbirds whistle with so much gusto
The cows in the nearby field moo in unison with the lamb as they bleat
The birds turn, look and twitter, bursting into melodious song!
The trees sway in rhythm to the sound of the music all around
Bound in harmonious symphony, unity as though guided by an invisible CONDUCTOR!
This - is - Music! Quiet calming, mysterious but MELODIOUS music
This Orchestra....nature's own composition just made to soothe those raw nerves!
The breeze running its invisible hands lovingly on the velvety petals of the flowers
Flowers growing wild and free, yet beautiful and full of life, just dancing in rhythm
Calmly flowing in stylish conformity to the directions of Nature's choreography
Dance to the rhythm of sound! ....the wind wafted through my already ruffled hair gently caressing my scalp.
Oh....., forgot where I was for a moment there!
But that was good... therapeutic and calming I must say,
After all God says to worship Him with dance and musical instruments of all sorts
So dance my soul, like the Psalmist...like angels in heaven, dancing to the sound!

2 Chronicles 5:12-14 (NIV)....All the Levites who were musicians-- Asaph, Heman, Jeduthun and their sons and relatives-- stood on the east side of the altar, dressed in fine linen and playing cymbals, harps and lyres. They were accompanied by 120 priests sounding trumpets.
The trumpeters and singers joined in unison, as with one voice, to give praise and thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, they raised their voices in praise to the LORD and sang: "He is good; his love endures forever." Then the temple of the LORD was filled with a cloud,
and the priests could not perform their service because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the temple of God.
