Just beyond the glass, a pair of blue eyes set in a translucent face peer back at her. As they come into focus, she startles and the face mimics her reaction. Slowly, a pattern is woven from the shiny string. The young girl is mesmerized, and reaches to touch the intricate design. Suddenly, a million beady eyes are boring into her own. Instinctively, she retreats into her green cocoon.
