God will take you from the nations,
And is giving you salvation;
Take you from every kingdom,
And giving spiritual wisdom.
He will bring you back to your land,
On a mountain where you will stand,
So you can shout as you proclaim,
While praising His holy name.
He will sprinkle water to clean,
Where the iniquities had been;
Cleansing you of the impure thought,
Of earthly idols you once got.
And for you to make a new start,
God will be giving a new heart;
Also a new spirit in you,
So you will always remain true.
The Lord will smash your hardened heart,
And give you one for a fresh start;
Enable you to live by His Law,
Obeying them and get no flaw.
Then you can go live in the land,
And do just as He does command;
As all crops will grow with deep roots,
And abundantly reap fresh fruits.
So no more famines or dry spells,
Nor hot days as where Satan dwells;
As you think of the evil things,
That you did and what strife it brings.
