Who Am I
I have more control than the president,
I can sway people of all ages;
I influence others to do what I want;
I attack at different stages.
I have fooled many people in my time;
I make them think I am a friend;
I sometimes appear as a peacemaker;
I destroy many in the end.
I can make masses give me allegiance,
I have some puppets on a string,
I persuade them turn on their family;
I encourage a one-night fling.
I can even provoke a gentle man,
I send them into fiery rage;
I will make them look to devour,
I let them perform on stage.
I can take even the most innocent,
I will force them behind bars;
I make them push the pedal down,
I help total many cars.
I can make one commit murder,
I can persuade others to molest
I can bring victims to their knees
Yet they think I am what’s best
