That's her, my daughter, in a nutshell. Oddly, when she was born, I quickly changed her name. The reason? When I looked at her I saw another person rather than Elisha which was to be her given name. So quickly, I flipped through the baby name book which sat on my bedside table. The employee was approaching our hospital room wanting her name for the Vital Statistic records. So, quickly I changed her name from Elisha to Elysia. Taking notice of the name meaning of Elysia, I knew this was to be my beautiful little girls name.
"Elysia; dwelling place for happy souls. Sweetly blissful."
Now I must tell you that, Elysia wants to write her story but the March 16, 2002 car accident robbed Elysia of oxygen to the brain causing some minor difficulty now. And, her right frontal lobe took two injuries, and then, a small brain bleed also occurred.
So, together mother and daughter will be telling Elysia's out of body experiences and her story before and after the accident on that rainy night traveling 1-20 in Louisiana.
She will describe Heaven and Hell and tell why she went both places, even though, she grew up quoting bible Scriptures and singing Bible songs from an infant to a twenty-one year old.
We invite you to read as we write together, daughter and mother, and ask for any corrective ideas.
Thank you for reading.
God bless you and I and shine His light on us both. God please be gracious to Us forever. Amen.
