The meaning of love, many will seek
Thinking it's sex or a kiss on the cheek.
Buying cards that's wrapped to many flowers
Shopping in stores for many hours.

Deciding which chocolates they should buy
While thinking of love quotes to make their mate cry.
Love is caring about someone, besides your own;
Checking up on them through email or phone.

Love is understanding how a person really feels;
The action of love gives, rather than steals!
When a person is hurting, LOVE will make you cry
Willing to give your life rather than see them die.

Love is unconditional, but sometimes do hurt
Love doesn't hang with anger and remains alert.
Love becomes perfected when you use it everyday.
Love peps you up when you start to feel gray.

Love abides in a heart that's warm, not cold.
Love doesn't age and never gets old.
Love is addictive; like any other drug
Love is expressed through sweet words or a hug.

Now that we know what love really means
We can find it being used, even behind the scenes!
Let love carry you from day to day;
Remembering God is love and His love is here to stay!
